Welcome, Soul Seeker. By engaging with the services provided by Viren Varma, you enter into a sacred partnership aimed at your personal and spiritual growth. This document outlines the terms governing our relationship.

1. Scope of Services

I offer a range of services including life coaching, spiritual mentoring, NLP, EFT, CBT, and chakra balancing, manifestation coaching, and motivational speaking. These services are designed to support your personal and spiritual development and are not substitutes for medical, psychological, or legal advice.​

2. Client Responsibilities

You acknowledge that:​

• Personal Accountability: You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes resulting from our sessions.
  
  
  

• Confidentiality: All personal information shared during sessions will be kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.​
  
  
  

• Session Preparation: You will come prepared for sessions and communicate openly to facilitate your growth.​
  
  

3. Coach Responsibilities

I commit to:​

• Professionalism: Maintaining a high standard of professionalism and ethical conduct in all interactions.​
  
  
  

• Confidentiality: Respecting the confidentiality of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions.​
  
  
  

• Support: Providing guidance and tools to assist you in your personal and spiritual journey.​

4. Payment Terms

All services are prepaid. Payment details will be provided upon booking. Refunds are not provided once services are rendered.​

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a full session fee.​

6. Legal Compliance

This agreement is governed by the laws of India. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action.​

7. Limitation of Liability

While I strive to provide valuable insights and guidance, I do not guarantee specific outcomes. You agree to hold Viren Varma harmless for any decisions or actions taken based on our sessions.​

8. Amendments

These terms may be updated periodically. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued engagement with services implies acceptance of the updated terms.​

By engaging with my services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
